I moved from Chicago to Wonder Lake a couple of years ago and I have been searching for a trustworthy dentist, which has not been easy - I am grateful for the reviews and rely on them. I can't tell you how many bad dentist I have come across, plus I recall hearing on the news about unlicensed dentist - things are getting so bad out there it's extremely important now more than ever to do our research. My review won't do OMS Dental justice - but I'll do my best; everyone I spoke with were absolutely kind, knowledgeable and professional; Tiffany the hygienists is unbelievably superior to any hygienist I have ever met and I am in my sixties; Tiffany was gentle, knowledgeable and amazing, she took her time addressing all of my concerns. Dr. Mufti, was also gentle, kind and extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy - needless to say I can now rest knowing I am receiving the best care possible from a superior and trustworthy Dentist and Hygienist. I love this place. I can be pretty particular about high quality health care and I really appreciate my experience here. Dr. Shanshal was my dentist and did a tremendous job on my teeth. I felt very taking care of. All the staff that worked with me starting from the front desk to the dental assistant all are beyond delightful, the level of knowledge and expertise was impressive, and somehow by the end I looked forward to coming back to the chair for more dental work. I had a bad experience at another dental office and was completely traumatized by it. I came to OMS and saw Dr.Obaidi and he and his staff were amazing and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I can highly recommend OMS Dental. I am a relatively new patient, one year. I found all the employees to be wonderful. It starts with the front staff as well the hygienist Tiffany who is gentle and a wonderful professional.
